수면시간 1시 반~8시

전날 잠을 많이 잤어도 7시간까진 못자서 피곤하긴 했다^^
저녁을 조금 늦게 먹었다
7시 40분 정도 마무리
137.8 lb Lost so far: 14.1 lb.    Still to go: 9.9 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
