수면 시간 12시 40분~7시 40분
어제 저녁을 5시 반쯤 먹고 한의원에 다녀왔다
우된장 짜글이 먹었는데 염분/양 조절 나쁘지 않았다
137.6 lb Lost so far: 14.3 lb.    Still to go: 9.7 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
losing 1.5 lb a week
