수면 시간 12시~8시
저녁 먹고 좀 졸렸긴하지만.. 양조절은 꽤 잘했다!

적당히 먹고 끊는 연습 잘하고 있다~!!
138.5 lb Lost so far: 13.4 lb.    Still to go: 10.6 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
losing 6.2 lb a week
