It has been a whirlwind few months. I have had work issues, I moved, and had health issues which put me down for 8 weeks. I am thoroughly surprised to see that my weight is where it is considering.
I need to deal with this stress however. I know the body's response to stress, and I have got to find a good way of dealing with it on the fly so I can keep my weight going down.
And I will be honest, I lost faith that I would ever see the lower numbers again. I am still shaky in that area, but I am trying.
