수면의 중요성.. 전날 낮잠 3시간 정도 자고 일어났더니 잠을 5시간 정도만 잤다..
삼겹살+파채를 먹어서 배변 활동은 엄청났다
134.5 lb Lost so far: 17.4 lb.    Still to go: 6.6 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
gaining 4.6 lb a week
