Well I shouldn’t be surprised after Easter and continued chocolate eating… can’t seem to get started atm.
After 5 months off sick with depression and the stone I lost last summer piling back on ( plus a few more) I’m starting a new job this week. A bit less stressful- no longer a senior leader, teaching 4 days a week.
I’m hopeful that this new start will help me in my goal to being healthier. And stop the comfort eating!
239.6 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 52.2 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
