Well hello and happy Thursday, FS friends. Yesterday was my two-year anniversary on FS. I used to check in every Monday but lately there hasn’t been much to report since I stopped logging all the little and annoying ups and downs. Lab work earlier in the month was ok. Enjoying the senior fitness classes I’ve added to my routine. Still trying to log what I eat accurately and end up in a calorie deficit. So I am doing all the right things, theoretically — it’s just ridiculously slow. Maybe I can attribute some to being post-menopause with an underactive thyroid. Whatever! I’m just not giving up, not now, not ever. There’s a pile of size 14 pants that I was able to wear for a brief period 16 years ago after 4 years of diet and exercise. Those pants are the reward, however long it takes.
