I find the weigh scale to be a pain in the a55. Until last week I was on the scale every morning and night, my readings were up or down 1 or 2 lbs at any given time. It was discouraging and led me to making wrong food choices. This week I got on the scale once I still made a couple of poor choices but was able to stay more focused and long range goal. Had a 2.4lb drop. The weigh scale is just a tool much like tracking your calories the Healthier Lifestyle is the long term goal. Going forward I'm adding some form of exercise to my week.
PS I purchased a new balance beam weigh scale.....a more accurate tool :-)

Weight fluctuates a lot during the day. Unless you are weighing yourself consistently at the same time, I wouldn't rely on the readings too much. Converting to once a week - still at the same general time of day (i.e. morning, afternoon, evening) - is a much more accurate reading. Good job!
