I didn’t weigh this week…terrified of next Monday but Ramadan starts this weekend so hoping the fasting will offset major damage 😔

I’m sure it will. I had a lovely break and did walk a fair bit so no regrets. Just need to get back into things tomorrow and claw back what I can😂

If you place the work only in front of your increase it doesn’t sound as bad. This works for so many things. It’s a good life tip 😂. Well a weigh in after breakfast doesn’t count!!
