I am not too familiar with Weight Watchers since the terminology and jargon has changed since my long ago experience with WW. I do know that a .8 poound loss is a nice numer so keep at it and just continue to strive for that good feeling. As my sis says, "It feels so good to feel good." Ha!

Oops! The word "numer" should read "number" in that last post!

WW is a great system - everyone I know who did the system lost weight, and some have kept it off 2, 4, 40! years. You have to eat a certain amount every day (base points) and then you have extra if you want to treat yourself (flex points). The system is basically calorie counting but you don't have to count servings of veggies if they are a cup or so. This is the first week I have stuck to the points completely - two more days to go, since I weigh in on Tuesday.
