A gallon of water weighs 10 pounds and the human form is about 72% water. ... Also remember- when you weigh yourself - to put down your personal water bottle - that idea is a bit of a groaner --- but it is early in the morning here. Coffee In Coffee Out. (I cannot see anything anymore - and the spellchecker choices - well I cannot see those either - it is a blur)

Hi, Jergens. Daily weight fluctuations are definitely the result of water retention in the body. I like to track it all anyway.
