주말이틀동만먹고난후 운동하고나니 겨우 64턱걸이^^
그래도 유지가어디뇽~~룰루~~
이번주대자연이올때가되서 긴장된다..시작하기전까지 63가보자!!
격일키토단식.7주차!!아자!!
143.1 lb Lost so far: 9.0 lb.    Still to go: 21.8 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
