That's better, back on track again. I'm never really worried how big the loss is, I just like to head in the right direction 😁
193.6 lb Lost so far: 42.1 lb.    Still to go: 26.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

955 kcal Fat: 33.25g | Prot: 48.21g | Carb: 116.40g.   Breakfast: Sainsbury's Skimmed-Milk, Grapefruit (Pink and Red), Symington's Dandelion Coffee Compound. Lunch: Hartley's 10 Cal Strawberry Jelly, Asda Spring Onions, Tesco 50% Less Fat Salad Cream, Green Peppers, Carrots, Cherry Tomatoes, Cucumber (with Peel), Tesco Southern Fried Chicken Breast. Dinner: Quorn Cheese Escalopes, Danone Light & Free Greek Style Yoghurt, Cucumber (with Peel), Asda Spring Onions, Red Tomatoes, Tesco 50% Less Fat Salad Cream, Tesco Iceberg Lettuce. Snacks/Other: Weight Watchers Ginger and Lemon Cookies, Tesco Strawberries. more...
