On my vacation, while using CICO, I stayed at 150 lbs for 8 days straight. I ate a little more and gained a bit. I've eaten a little less and lost some. Tomorrow should be another dip if my plans for the day don't get altered. Bringing it up again Wednesday 👍

I've started to adjust my intake based on my activity for the day in the hopes of evening my daily weight as well. It's already motivated me to work more. Basically - don't work, don't eat. Rather biblical :)

Yeah, yesterday I was hungry, so I put in an extra couple miles so I could eat more a little more. :) It works!

Also, I paid for it before eating it. I know me, if I eat first, I won't do the work.

never relax. instead of eating the burger go for a run hahahaha.
Disney land looks like it could be a tonne of fun. can't see me doing it anytime soon as it's to far down my list of places to see. If I ever make it their I know I would have a ball though

I live about a mile from Disneyland and grew up in this same area so Disneyland has always been a go to place. I always had season tickets but now they are $1200.00 so I just go a couple times a year— always for Halloween. I still love it.

Seems reasonably priced for what's their, when you look at how many wages they have to pay, maintenance on everything, public liability..... At the end of the day it's a business and they want to make $
The joint is huge, when I get fat and lazy again it will creep up my lists of places to go.
