Row #31 was only 10 minutes, but a mix of hard, all-out and just enough rest to not throw up. I also managed to sneak in a swim and a medium walk after sitting on my butt all day for work.

Blob up, muscle down but holding, water way down, but that’s because i felt like i got up every ten minutes last night.

Onwards.

Good job on the weight loss and exercise. I am trying to drink a lot earlier in the day and cut back before bedtime as I hate the all night pee thing.

LOL, i didn’t even realize that I did it. I was thirsty when I got home and I drank. But as we all know, what goes in must come out. Even if it’s dark.
