Row #31 was only 10 minutes, but a mix of hard, all-out and just enough rest to not throw up. I also managed to sneak in a swim and a medium walk after sitting on my butt all day for work.
Blob up, muscle down but holding, water way down, but that’s because i felt like i got up every ten minutes last night.
