Feeling good even though I had broken sleep. I woke up at 3am and went back to sleep around 5am, I have changed my multi-vitamins so do not know if that has played a role. Hitting the gym at lunch and will do chest and a bit of leg work. My knee supports have not shown up yet but I need to look into taking some sort of joint support formula. Bought a heap of frozen kale yesterday to try and increase my fibre intake as I cannot stand physllium husks.

Hi eightpac, I too had hurt my knee, spent the last 1 1/2 yrs recovering- wore a brace, had to take it easy.. long story short, I power walk, I don’t do anything too strenuous (I am on my feet a lot), I stretch and in regards to tablets, I’ve started taking a joint formula by blackmores- did the research and find it works for me, I’ll post a pic 🙂

Thanks Sunset78. A pic would be much appreciated. My knee support arrived today so hopefully it will aid recovery. I have also cut out strenuous activities such as running and will just have to find what works for me.

That’s awesome you’ve got a knee support 👍 have you thought about seeing a physiotherapist? Knee specialist? I’ll post a few pics now of things I use to help with my knee/joints overall.

Thanks Sunset for your response, I have seen a Physio but I may need to see a knee specialist. I have got some joint formula with Glucosamine, Chondroitin and MSM. Problem is I do not take it as it is powder and I do not quite like the taste. Will have to start todayand forget taste and focus on the benefits.

Why don’t you try adding the powder to a smoothie 😀
