woohoo. when i go out i only eat half of the portion served and take the rest home in a carry out. i ask for the carry out right away and put 1/2 away before i start to eat. have really been ramping out my walking outside thanks to cooler weather. its working!!!!
221.4 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 61.4 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
