It's hard to do, just eat smaller portions. I know I have hurt my Mom's feelings when she tries to send home leftovers after a party. I just say no. She understands. Good Luck

Small portions and no seconds. Most of my friends eat clean, so it's usually not a problem for me. That should drop back off.
