Was disciplined with diet but it helped with not eating too much calories in the morning. Instead a high carb breakfast, I ate PB2 peanut butter. That kept me full because the powders has a lot of surface area for the gut to keep busy digest. So I was not hungry in the morning and kept my calories low throughout the day until the night, where I eat the rest of my calorie intake. However I am starting to cut by trying to eat less than 1700 cal a day for 3 weeks until my body fat goes under 10. Awesome. My neck pain is reducing and I am just fighting through it in a slow and measured way, no heavy wieghts. Just taking it easy for now. But then again my taking it easy is a bit hard core.
The journey of eating well and keeping the body conditioned is never going to be an eAsy one, it is always going to be a struggle. That is what life is all about, pleasure exist because of overcoming struggles. Struggles = pleasure. Failure = Success.
Peace and love to all your warriors.
