Notice the jump in weight. I was concerned how it can just jump .6 overnigtht. But really our body does not go heavy like that overnight, unless you eat 3k calories more in a day. Most of the time it is water retention or one has not gone to the toilet for awhile ;-) hahahah

I find a salty night meal causes enough water retention to kick me up by a kg overnight.

I have the exact opposite - overnight I can lose a kilo - weigh before bed, then as soon as I wake up - mind you I tend to put it all back on during the day :)
