Crazy week of holiday stuff did a terrible job recording my food and its shows in my weight gain! Makes me very nervous because how will I got off of the Atkins style of eating....I am going to do my best get back on the recording info this week so I don't have another bad week1
I do have my period and I have lots of swelling in my legs so hopefully it will come off at next weeks weigh in. I was bummed that the swelling came back so strong this month because I thought the weight loss was really going to help with this health issue.
