Started back first of September 2015 cutting down to 2 meals a day. Fruit at night.
226.0 lb Lost so far: 35.5 lb.    Still to go: 66.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
losing 1.1 lb a week

I have really cut down eating during the day. I only eat breakfast around 10:00 am and then lunch/dinner usually at 4 pm. Should I need a snack at night I eat usually a small bowl of grapes or maybe a plum. I love fruit so I chose it to be my snack food. How are you doing on your weight loss journey?
