Brunch- sauteed calabasas, sauteed plantain, giant pan fried chicken breast.


Got 50% reduced from my 'weekend" gain.


Rode 45:40, 7.2 miles burning 302.9 calories.

Like yesterday, will have an apple for lunch and a light dinner. Since it is going to be a 100℉ today, that is about all I will be able to handle.

Wearing my new 33" inch waist slacks today, a perfect fit.
178.4 lb Lost so far: 30.6 lb.    Still to go: 0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
losing 14.0 lb a week
