Yogurt with banana 🍌 for breakfast

Tofu with black sesame, dark chocolate with almond butter for lunch

Poke with chips, brisket with broccoli 🥦, brie cheese with sourdough and gluten free bread, and nuts 🥜 for dinner
98.1 lb Lost so far: 2.0 lb.    Still to go: 1.1 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
losing 3.1 lb a week
