Woke at 219.8. Came home from work at 219.4. Ate dinner and totaled 1443 calories today. Did a 1000 calorie HIIT treadmill workout and got 216.4. Slowly seeping the water out of me. Will eat a bit more tomorrow. May not get a workout in as I have two business happy hours I need to attend.
