Wow. It just keeps going! I lost another - ANOTHER - 700 grams since yesterday. I have now lost 5 kgs(!) since last Friday. I am not even sure I understand how that's at all possible?!? We're talking 11 lbs for you Americans. :) I am guessing that - since I was at a standstill - my body has been holding on to everything it could, but STILL losing weight - and now that it sees that it's okay to drop weight again, it just releases all that it's been holding on to? I'm not even sure if that is realistic? Anyways, a loss is a loss, and I am more than thankful for it. Today's a milestone day also. I have now lost 130 US lbs. Damn. Who would have ever thought that I do co that? In no time I will be able to fit my size 34 jeans that I have in my closet waiting for me. Maybe I should go try them on right now, just to see if they at all fit? :) Life is good!
