No happy abut this at all, but indeed a wake-up call. Dr annual visit, no more red meat, chick, fish, turkey, pork chops. Revisit in 4 months, to check BP and LDL Weekly weight with my fitness coach starting this week.
190.2 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 40.2 lb.    Diet followed poorly.
