Been sick with a stomach bug since just before Easter. Weight is dropping, but not necessarily because I have figured out some magical way of making the pounds move. It has been an opportunity to cut out chocolate and nuts, which I have been intending to do for quite some time. Want to eliminate for 4 weeks and then test. Went through some wicked cravings which are finally starting to fade. Beginning to be able to eat some regular food. Pushing the bone broth, collagen, and adding a probiotic to help my gut heal. Ate more fruit this week than I usually do in a few months. I think my blood sugar is reasonable stable these days so it doesn't seem to be too much of a problem.

Hi Yduj57, hope you feel well soon but so happy to read your doctor's report - NO STATINS- awesome. Overall I am doing well, got down to 139 last summer (from 200ish) then the nuts and chocolate, yup, creeped in this winter. Now need to melt off 20 pounds. All in all so happy with this keto approach. Best regards, rory
