I met my weight goal in 6 mo, going from 185# to 145# and getting that pretty blue line below my name that I’d been so envious of! Well shit…I gained 10# back and my blue line turned green. Now my son announced he is having a destination wedding in Costa Mujeres, Mexico next May so I’ve gotta get back on track. Sooo….I moved my original goal back from 145# to 140# which changed my now green line to bright yellow 😖 Here’s what I WILL and will NOT do: I WILL lose this weight and not just make this new goal but beat it. I WILL get back to the gym 3-4 days per week no matter how tired I am after work. I WILL be happy with how I see myself in the mirror and in pics. I WILL get my blue line back! I will NOT get frustrated over small weight gains because I know it’ll be down the next day. I will NOT eat junk regardless of how tempting it is. I will NOT look in the mirror and think “ewww disgusting!” I will NOT come up with excuses for why I can’t go to the gym or allow anyone else to talk me into doing something else. I will NOT allow that yellow line to change to any color besides green and blue. I WILL NOT FAIL! Oh and 1 more for the “I WILL” list: I WILL BE THE HOT MOM AT THE WEDDING (or milf as my daughter prefers to say)!!!
