Breakfast: Salad 🥗

Lunch: Pho 🍜 and spring rolls

Dinner: Poke, ham, vegetables and hummus dip

I didn’t eat any sweets, but rice noodle and hummus dip has lots of carbs.
100.1 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 3.1 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
gaining 10.8 lb a week
