The weekend is starting off right with a small weight reduction from yesterday. The weekend goal is to weigh less on Monday than I did on Friday. Lots of challenges this weekend -- Valentine's dinner, my son's birthday, and dinner with some colleagues. I think it is all manageable if I avoid the carbs.
I have a long to do list for today, the weather is beautiful, and so I should have an active day. It feels very good to have the weight moving in the right direction.
