Members of this community may also consume low-fat tofu as a protein source. It is well known that nutrition changes depending on the hardness level of tofu. Therefore, the tofu that I recommend the most is "Koya tofu". It's high in protein, high in fiber, and low in sugar. You can buy it at Asian food stores, especially Japanese food stores. The tofu is dry, so it is softened with water before cooking. It's like a sponge.
I made a “Japanese style cereal” with Koya-Tofu and milk for breakfast.
