Breakfast: Green tea with collagen and cocoa powder, Coffee with butter and coconut oil, Super protein tofu
Lunch: Salad 🥗 with King Oscar’s sardines
Dinner : Salad 🥗, Brie cheese, Croquette, Natto, apple 🍎 , macadamias nut
97.9 lb Lost so far: 2.2 lb.    Still to go: 0.9 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
losing 7.7 lb a week
