Yesterday
Breakfast:Collagen +cocoa powder +Matcha tea, 2 cups of coffee, 2 eggs
Lunch: Shabu-Shabu soup with pork meat, Natto, Tofu
Dinner: Salad with tempeh, oven baked chicken+broccoli+green beans +Shimeji +Japanese sweet potatoes, and nuts

I had a lots of calories yesterday.
99.9 lb Lost so far: 0.2 lb.    Still to go: 2.9 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
gaining 9.3 lb a week
