been really faithful to keto eating style and keeping to 1200 max cal daily. not sure which is shedding weight but at least im not feeling too hungry at night now. im going to pack up all my carb foods and stow them away for a while. starting my first full week of mild exercise.
234.9 lb Lost so far: 17.9 lb.    Still to go: 84.9 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
