hmm not much to say. just loving my intermittant fasting 18/6

once i get close to 185lb i will start exercising a bit more and increase caloric intake to 1000-1200 daily.
189.6 lb Lost so far: 0.4 lb.    Still to go: 29.6 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
