Third uptick. Bright side was i had pasta for dinner, but i ate veggies first - waking glucose below 100. I will take that as a good day.

The fight continues.
190.3 lb Lost so far: 38.7 lb.    Still to go: 0.3 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
