No morning work out today. Morning glucose with in range which is a plus. Now to repeat that success. Might get 30 minutes in later this evening.

Plan delay first meal until noon and get some extra steps. Low carb options where possible. Just dont have actual meals planned. Might be a psyllium husk day.
205.6 lb Lost so far: 23.4 lb.    Still to go: 15.6 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
