G’day, FS, and happy Friday! I’m more of a stalker here than a regular poster, but yes, still here. I find this site very helpful with my weight goals as I see how others are dealing with the same stuff and are getting results. My goals were modest from the beginning, and sometimes that makes them harder to reach because you are already ‘so close’ that you allow yourself a lot of ‘just this one time’ treats that blow your goals for the week. I have 4-5 lbs to go and then I’m done, but I’m still fighting those extra pounds. Today is date night but at least we will stay home the rest of the weekend, vs going out 3 days straight as we sometimes do, and that will be easy to control, calories-wise. At work I have been declining the food offered and I’m getting less offers now, which is great. I will stay here, even if you don’t see me posting. You all are great and I’m always impressed of the tenacity and strong will some display, I always feel inspired when I read others diaries.
