Failed again to follow the diet and to record the meals. I have no excuses although I've tried to make some, but I can't lie to myself: I just wanted to go out, have fun and not watch the calories....and of course I did have fun but it came at a cost...anywho, if you fall, you raise, no excuses. So here I am again. One more time.
115.7 lb Lost so far: 2.2 lb.    Still to go: 11.0 lb.    Diet followed poorly.

Unless you went off the rails and used a shovel to eat with you need to consider that everyone has special events that they just want to enjoy a bit and leave the tracking be. Then you are not starting over, you are just continuing on on trying to eat healthier most of the time and less healthy or less conducive to maintaining your goal, just once in a while. No guilt, no remorse required. Again— you can’t do this every day. You have to decide what constitutes a “special event.
