everybody must have thought i was superwoman!!!! entered the wrong weight but at 103.1 I am very happy started my journey on the 22nd of august at 105 so I am almost 2 down :
227.3 lb Lost so far: 4.2 lb.    Still to go: 73.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Diet Calendar Entry for 25 August 2014:
1093 kcal Fat: 46.44g | Prot: 64.90g | Carb: 105.14g.   Breakfast: DairyBelle In Shape Fat Free Flavoured Yoghurt Vanilla, Woolworths Muesli. Lunch: Coffee with Milk, Lettuce Salad with Assorted Vegetables (Including Tomatoes and/or Carrots), Butternut Winter Squash (with Salt, Cooked, Baked). Dinner: SPAR Baby Marrow, Onions, Tomatoes, Beef Top Sirloin (Trimmed to 0.3 cm Fat), Nola Classic Whip, Coleslaw. Snacks/Other: Almonds, Kiwi Fruit. more...
