Today is my beginning. Not that I haven't been there before. I need support and accountability. I have tried diets and Weight Watchers before. I was very successful with Weight Watchers but because of an operation and life happens I have gained some of my weight back . I am struggling,being older, on statins, high cholesterol and high sugar .I am definitely an emotional eater. I'm a sugar addict LOL .Putting it all out there !
