Did a weigh in today. Decided to do it early because the other day I stepped on my mostly confused scale and it had me really low. Wanted something more accurate.
Improvement all around. Weight is down but more importantly the percent body fat is going back down. A small loss considering it’s been a couple weeks since the last weigh in

Been back at gym regularly, need to get calorie intake back under control. Too many fast food stops still.

Fast food is so easy! Quick and cheap. I gave it up totally about 20 years ago and then gradually started the bad habit again. It's still something I don't eat often.

Good for you on giving it up. I will eat lots of it then taper off. It’s usually sone road trip that throws me back into it. And of course running errands during lunch time, I’m away from my prepared lunch in my office so it’s the drive thru! Curses, foiled again.
