After 3 months of laziness and bad eating I finally got myself motivated to weigh in, next is to get myself moving to start exercising and drinking more water.

Cheers, I know I have to, I'm overweight, high blood sugar, high cholesterol, fatty liver now. Get into a good groove and I may be right to head in the right direction for my physical and mental health.

I also need to do the same. I need to find time to workout is my hard thing I also use my alarm when stuggling with water intake. Just to remind me to drink more

Hi Douglas I gave just started my very first diet and so far so good. What has worked for me is 2 meals a day, eating dinner an hour earlier and no snacks. Yes I get hungry, but I can handle that. Oh, I also weigh myself every day. It helps me focus. Good luck!

Day 1 for me on my health journey. I have never enjoyed using the word "diet" as it symbolises restriction. I personally prefer to use "wellness" as it's all encompassing. ie: Education, exercise, mindfulness, healthy food, lots of water, and setting small achievable goals. Good health all!
