Good morning.
Worked the back at the gym today. I have to be at work early Friday, which is my new back day, so I rearranged my workout schedule. It started out a bit rough but progressively got better as I exercised. But isn’t that how all health related activities go? We start dieting and it is rough at the start. But as you stick with it and continue on, suddenly it becomes a bit better and better. Pretty soon it’s normal and routine.
