Second week was full of parties and family reunions and I ate high calories meals but didn´t eat snacks. I did a lot of exercise (4 hours walking) and drank enaugh water ( 3 liters daily) the scale was kind with me. Same weigth is beter than higher.
This week my strategy will be day by day morning to night.
160.9 lb Lost so far: 4.4 lb.    Still to go: 28.7 lb.    Diet followed 100%.
