Second week was full of parties and family reunions and I ate high calories meals but didn´t eat snacks. I did a lot of exercise (4 hours walking) and drank enaugh water ( 3 liters daily) the scale was kind with me. Same weigth is beter than higher. This week my strategy will be day by day morning to night.
