Darn you salt from : Tostitos habanero chips, pistachios salted, and garlic salt baked chicken breast. I had a water weight gain. Ok how do I get rid of excess sodium intake besides drinking water. Need to tap into the intelligent minds of my FS family. #Embrace Progress Not perfection 💪🏼
