1st day of keto done. I forgot how it is initially woke up feeling tired. I will need to add 1hr extra of sleep during 1st phase of Keto. 41.24g of carbs is all I had yesterday which was 2 chobani fit passion fruit yoghurts,a mandarin and green tea. Will drop the mandarin and still keep the yoghurts @ 30g protein and 14.8g carbs. Will see how I go. Keto levels were only at 0.2mmol which is terrible but I guess it is only day 1. Will slowly ease myself into the gym for the next 8 weeks and really not worried about perception in the fit classes. I know I will be the least fit person in any activity I undertake but I have a vision that I will achieve. In order for the 1st phase to happen, I need to eat, sleep well and pitch up at the gym at least 5 times a week for the next 8 weeks. As per usual FS will be my go to reflective tool.
