Something to think about and I don't mean this in a negative way, especially since I've always been one who HATES being hungry, but this was a real revelation to me in my thinking: 1 lb is about 3500 calories. I still need to lose over 90 lbs. That means I am still carrying on my body 315,000 extra calories (90 x 3500). If we need 2000 calories per day I could go 157 days without eating and I would not literally starve. I know, we don't exist by simple calories in-calories out, and no one wants to go months without eating, but I've learned that "fasting" is good for me, I could never actually starve myself if I tried, and sometimes fasting entirely is much easier than eating just small amounts every day because hunger passes. Just a comment, nothing insinuated, just something to think about. Anyway, Congratulations on your loss! I just keep thinking, this isn't a race, it's a journey. If we stick to the path we'll get there!
