good ... weight gain, at the same time I expected it. I move a lot less because of the confinement, I don't walk and only do 30 or 45 minutes of sport a day. When you spend your days sitting at the desk ... voila! Come on we serve the teeth, it's okay and keep going
143.5 lb Lost so far: 19.8 lb.    Still to go: 6.8 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
